The more you engage with the Sales Intelligence Assistant, the more SBA knows about your opportunity and the better its guidance becomes.

SBA reasons from the context you provide. The richer and more accurate your My Company profile, your Opportunity details, and your conversations with the Sales Intelligence Assistant, the more specific, relevant, and actionable everything SBA produces will be — including its guidance, your Opportunity Summary, and your Blueprint. Think of it this way: SBA is only as good as what you give it.

No. SBA does not charge AI usage fees. SBA uses a BYO-LLM model — you connect your own AI provider account using your API key and pay that provider directly at their standard rates. SBA's one-time purchase price covers the platform only. See the BYO-LLM section below for full details.

Your data within SBA is stored securely and is never shared with anyone. When SBA sends information to your AI provider using your API key, it is governed by that provider's API data policies. At the time of this writing, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google do not use API data to train their models. xAI's (Grok) API policy is less explicitly documented — if data privacy is a priority for you, we recommend reviewing their current terms before connecting Grok or any of the other LLMs supported by SBA. SBA is not responsible for how data is handled by your chosen AI provider. We recommend reviewing your provider's current privacy policy for complete details, as policies can change.

Yes. SBA is a web-based application that can be accessed from any browser on any device. The experience is optimized for desktop, laptop, or tablet use given the nature of the work, but if you are outside a prospect's office and need immediate guidance, SBA is accessible from your phone as well.

Yes. Sales Blueprint Architect is a web-based application that works on any device with a modern browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile. Your data synchronizes automatically so you can start a conversation on your desktop and pick it up on another device without losing anything.

My Company is where you tell SBA about your business — what you sell, who your ideal customer is, your pricing, your competitive position, and more. You set it up once during the onboarding process by analyzing your company website, uploading documents like brochures or capability statements, entering information manually, or any combination of the three. The more detail you include, the better SBA understands your business and the more relevant its guidance will be. You can update My Company at any time from the main menu.

An Opportunity in SBA is one sales deal or prospect you are actively working. During onboarding, SBA guides you through creating your first Opportunity as part of the setup process. After that, you can create as many Opportunities as you like from the Dashboard or by clicking Create New under Opportunities in the menu — there is no limit. Give it a name, describe what you know about the deal so far, and optionally enter the prospect's website URL or upload relevant files. SBA will generate your initial Opportunity Summary automatically and take you straight into the Opportunity Workspace.

BYO-AI stands for Bring Your Own Artificial Intelligence or LLM. Instead of charging you for AI usage, SBA connects to your own AI provider account using your API key. You pay your AI provider directly at their standard rates. SBA does not add any AI usage fees on top of that. SBA is also built to be token-efficient — it sends only what the AI needs rather than your entire conversation history, which keeps your API costs as low as possible.

SBA currently supports ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Grok (xAI). You can connect any of these and switch providers at any time from Settings.

Go to Settings and select AI Providers. Choose your provider, paste in your API key, and click Connect. SBA will verify the connection before saving. You can also complete this during initial setup when you first log in. If you are unsure how to obtain an API key, simply ask your AI provider's own chat interface — for example, ask ChatGPT "how do I get an OpenAI API key" and it will walk you through it.

An Opportunity is one sales deal or prospect you are actively working. You create one Opportunity per deal — from the Dashboard or by clicking Create New under Opportunities in the menu. When creating an Opportunity you can enter the prospect's website URL for SBA to analyze, upload relevant files like proposals or discovery notes, describe what you know about the deal, or any combination of the three. Note that some websites are designed to prevent automated access, so results from website analysis may vary. All your conversations, Opportunity Summary, and Blueprints for that deal live inside the Opportunity. The Sales Intelligence Assistant helps you work through each deal by asking questions, identifying risks, and recommending next steps.

The best way to update your Opportunity is through the chat — simply tell the Sales Intelligence Assistant what has changed and it will incorporate that information into the Opportunity Summary automatically as the conversation progresses.

The Opportunity Summary is SBA's running record of everything known about a specific sales opportunity. Click the Opportunity Summary button in the topbar at the top of the workspace to expand it at any point during your conversation. It builds automatically as you have conversations with the Sales Intelligence Assistant — capturing new facts, decision makers, constraints, risks, and open questions as they emerge. The more you use SBA on an opportunity, the richer and more accurate the summary becomes.

A Blueprint is a short, prioritized action plan for your opportunity. It tells you where the deal stands, what your top one to three actions should be and why, what risks could derail it, and what decisions you need to make. It is designed to be scannable in under a minute.

Click the Generate Blueprint button in the top right of the Opportunity Workspace, or select Blueprint from the left menu under your Opportunity name. SBA will use everything it knows about your opportunity — including your My Company profile, the Opportunity Summary, and your conversations with the Sales Intelligence Assistant — to generate your Blueprint. The more you have worked the opportunity through the Sales Intelligence Assistant before generating a Blueprint, the more specific and actionable the result will be. You can regenerate your Blueprint at any time as the situation evolves.

Yes. From the Blueprint view, you can download your Blueprint as a PDF or Word document. Both formats contain the full Blueprint content in a clean, professional layout ready to save, share, or print.

An Outcome is the final recorded result of a sales opportunity. Once a deal has reached its conclusion — whether you won it, lost it, chose not to pursue it, or it was postponed — you record the Outcome in SBA to close it out. You can capture what happened, what factors contributed, and what you learned. Recording Outcomes consistently helps you build a clearer picture of your sales performance over time.

Recording an outcome updates the Opportunity's status to reflect the final result — Won, Lost, No Decision, Postponed or Disqualified. You can add a summary of what happened, contributing factors, and lessons learned. The Opportunity remains in your account and you can return to it at any time.
